This was the most unwelcoming taco bell I've ever visited. The young gal taking our order literally sighed and rolled her eyes when we needed to order. The kiosk does not have the option for what I needed to order and she seemed completely bothered that she had to do something. There was no one else in the dining room it was completely empty and yet they still forgot half of the food on the tray. Very very unfriendly and unwelcoming environment. Extremely disappointed in this visit for sure.

This is the second time in a row that I have gotten the nacho chips as a side, and this is the second time they have tasted like old dirty oil. On top of that I ordered a box with one of the new cantina tacos in it only to get home and find out they just gave me a regular soft taco instead.

Ordered an UberEats order, and I received the wrong one. I called the store, they not only replaced my order, but made sure my order was filled with sauce, extra snacks, and made my quesadillas with lots of chicken. Best service around.

If they get your order right it's OK. But 4 out of 5 times they will get it wrong. So, I tried the app, and it was still wrong. The staff will argue with you when they get the order wrong too and refuse to remake the order. Sad we either play the 178th TB gamble or drive a few miles to another TB. I really wish management would fix this location, but they just don't care...F the customer...TB employees are doing you a favor, take what we give you and F-off...that is the way customers are treated at this location.Dietary restrictions: The could care less about you or any dietary restrictions or allergies. Not their problem is their attitude.

Incredibly slow. I accidentally got a mobile order line and when she asked the name, I asked her if I was in the wrong line and she said yes. She never got back to me so I went to order the food online and the app didn’t work. She still didn’t get back to me after this so after five minutes I ended up backing all the way out of the line. I’m leaving. No wonder they have a sign that they are responsible for damages. Caused your car if you back up in the line, it’s because they don’t to take your order ever again and they’re incredibly slow so you decide to back up in order to leave so you are not there all day

They couldn’t figure out how to make me a double-decker taco. They asked their manager and they came back to me and said no no it’s not possible we can’t do that. This is at midnight on a Wednesday evening. Absolutely no one there it was some young girl and she thought it was really funny when I drove around because I didn’t get my meal.

I ordered a chicken chalupa, 2 Doritos locos and nacho fries. My Doritos tacos were full of so much sour cream it was inedible and I didn’t receive my chicken chalupa. Almost 20$ of food and I didn’t even get to eat most of it. Definitely do not want my food spit in so I did not go back.

I have been all over edmond and this is the worst Taco Bell the people do not care and won’t do what you ask for!!!!Tonight I spent $40 for Taco Bell and they forgot my quesadilla, didn’t ask if I wanted sauce, didn’t give me a receipt until I asked, forgot to give me a pack of the Cinnabon delights and also there are tomatoes all over my tacos when I requested no tomatoes!!!! Like what’s the point of the employees if they won’t do their job I’m not even kidding 5 things went wrong!!!! I live in deer creek and it’s too far to drive back and my order is all messed up. I am so disappointed in this Taco Bell. Something needs to change management wise or employees wise because this was RIDICULOUS!!!

Ordered a Doritos locos taco and they put about a teaspoon of meat and cheese in it and stuffed it with lettuce. Very unsatisfying. Burritos were thrown together. Not even closed up.

This was by far the worst taco bell in oklahoma. They gave me MAYBE a bite of beef inside my cheesy gordita crunch. i mean like what even is that. On both of them there was a total of a gram of beef. not to mention the lack of everything else.

Ordered on the app and went inside for pick-up, was IGNORED by the staff (we made eye contact!) and had to wait for about 15 minutes, while waiting two customers came in whose orders were incorrect and they cut in line and were helped, while I wasn't even addressed ....and I was still waiting!I was pretty excited when the new location opened two blocks down from my house, but they are THE worst! Zero customer service, simply rude and unprofessional. I won't be back and will spend my money at the TB on Penn and 122nd! At 178th St they must dislike Asians, because I was still waiting while the other people who came after me were helped (quite obviously, they weren't Asians??‍♀️).
