Customer service huge decline in recent years. Half of employees speak neither english nor spanish. And they just stare at you like you’re an idiot. Typical of the service industry nowadays. Be better Braums. Hire people that care about other

I hadn't had Braums in years from being out of state. I came back, and received a beautiful and delicious banana split I shared with a date! It was a perfect Friday sweet treat, stirring up happiness and memories!

Certainly not well staffed. My breakfast burrito was ok, but my wife said her bacon and egg biscuit left a lot to be desired. I only saw 2 employees but I am sure there were more. One was busy cleaning the drink dispensing area and trying to run the grocery register at the same time, and the other was taking orders at the counter and. I figure, the drive thru as well.
