On our trip to Texas we had to stop by due to amazing reviews. If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to be.I ordered bun Bo hue, it’s spicy beef noodle soup. You can taste the lemongrass ? yummy. My kids got pho and bún thịt nướng. It was all so amazing. We will definitely come back.

Some of the best bánh mì I’ve had in a while. I dont usually like pâté but theirs is great! This is our new bánh mì spot!
We always try to stop by Cafe Ti Bo whenever we're in this part of town, which is quite rare, but we do prioritize it! Cafe Ti Bo is a small mom & pop local Vietnamese restaurant that serves all your staples from rice/vermicelli platters to noodle soups like pho and bun Bo hue, to banh Mi and even the more rare finds like banh xeo and banh cuon. They also have a selection of boba tea drinks they offer as well! We love coming here for the versatile menu they offer, and better yet, the delicious food we get served! We almost always order banh mi when we're here; we love the BBQ pork banh mi and the grilled pork banh mi that are extremely flavorful on the inside and perfectly toasted on the outside. We've gotten the banh mi muoi ot a few times, a dish we've not seen elsewhere, and we really enjoy it for its simple pieces of bread covered in pate and pieces of egg and hot dog all covered in a spicy Mayo and hot sauce. As if that wasn't enough to set them apart, they also offer banh cuon, one of my favorite Vietnamese dishes, which are thin crepes with some meat filling (most commonly pork) served with fresh herbs/veggies and fish sauce. We also had a grilled pork rice platter before that was delicious. Needless to say, we love everything we've ordered here so far. The people who always greet us are the ones I assume own this place-though I might be wrong-, and they are always extremely nice and polite! Their service is relatively quick the few times we've eaten in the restaurant, though we more often do take out. The storefront looks small but it's connected to a larger room which can definitely accommodate a large party or two as well. We only wish Cafe Ti Bo was closer to where we live!

This was my first experience at Vietnamese cuisine and it was great. The family who operates this establishment were so very friendly and patient while helping us with our choices! There are so many possibilities that between the four of us we got quite a sampling. Do yourself a favor and try this out!

Brisket pho was amazing and paired greatly with the hoisin sauce. People were very nice and helpful. Beautiful atmosphere and minimalistic designs. Thai tea is highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: Oat milk is my favorite milk substitute, and it went great with Thai tea.
I really want to like this place but this is the most frustrating restaurant ever. Good luck figuring out when they're open. It's so inconsistent. Then when they are open, you never know what they're going to have. I've walked in multiple times only to be turned away because they don't have food. So I started calling ahead to make sure they're open and to make sure they actually have food. Thought that would work but obviously not because tonight I called ahead to make sure they're open and have food. I walk in 30 minutes later and they tell me they are out of food. It's 6:30 in the evening! It's dinner time and you only close at 9:00. How are you out of food?! I know this is a small business but it's not these people's first restaurant. I've been to their previous restaurants. I'd give them a 5 star for food if I could ever eat it. They need some operational improvement.

I love this place! The owners are amazing!They go above and beyond to make sure your visit is outstanding. The food is very tasty. The service is top notch! They will do recommendations and explain everything to you if you have questions. Thank you for making your restaurant across the street from me...lol. and in Edmond! ?

The food is great. However, they do not abide by their posted hours at all. I highly recommend calling to ensure they're open before you plan to go there. This evening, it was 7:45pm,and I went by there and they were closed despite having hours posted as open until 9pm. This isn't the first time I've experienced this.
