On our trip to Texas we had to stop by due to amazing reviews. If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to be.I ordered bun Bo hue, it’s spicy beef noodle soup. You can taste the lemongrass ? yummy. My kids got pho and bún thịt nướng. It was all so amazing. We will definitely come back.
We always try to stop by Cafe Ti Bo whenever we're in this part of town, which is quite rare, but we do prioritize it! Cafe Ti Bo is a small mom & pop local Vietnamese restaurant that serves all your staples from rice/vermicelli platters to noodle soups like pho and bun Bo hue, to banh Mi and even the more rare finds like banh xeo and banh cuon.
