“I really enjoy Chicken Express and have always thought this was a great little place to get fantastic chicken and a good meal.

I dined inside today while waiting for my car to be repaired next door, and it gave me a little more time to notice the condition of the restaurant. Unfortunately, the facility is starting to look tired and could really use some attention.

The landscaping and lawn outside don’t appear to be maintained like they once were, which makes the property look unkept before you even walk through the door. Inside, I noticed bugs collected in the light fixtures, dirty vents, and rugs piled up in the dining area. Overall, the dining room is beginning to have the same tired appearance as the exterior.

The food is still great, and that’s what makes this worth mentioning. Sometimes it’s helpful to step back and look at the business through a customer’s eyes. None of these things individually are huge, but together they affect the experience and the impression customers have of the restaurant.

It’s the small things that matter. A little attention to the building, landscaping, cleanliness, and overall presentation would go a long way because the food itself deserves a better environment.“
