This place has MAJOR problems. Firstly, when you phone in an order for pick up, you have to repeat EACH item back to the woman who answers the phone THREE times. Recently, they put Wontons inside of egg drop soup, like they changed their mind in the middle of fixing it. Half of our order was wrong, and for about 6 SMALL appetizers we got charged $19 when they told us over the phone it was $14 and some odd change. We know this is NOT a language problem, because before they changed the way they took phone orders they mostly got the orders right. In the last 3 months this place has taken a SERIOUS downturn in customer service and quality of food and they seemingly think unhappy customers are some kind of personal entertainment for them. THIS PLACE WILL NOT STAY IN BUSINESS IF THEY CONTINUE DOWN THIS SAME ROAD, THEY WILL GO BANKRUPT before next Easter. If I could give this place zero stars, I would, but google forces people to give at least 1 star to even garbage businesses. We are now searching for a DIFFERENT place to get Chinese (we eat Chinese food regular, their loss in $$$), hope the lost money gives them some laughs.

It is never good when the food your order spicy is not even close. King po chicken is weak.

General tso’s was seeet and mildly spicy but you could tell the chicken had been microwaved. Very disappointed

Unclean store, lady has a bad attitude and the rice tastes like cardboard. Not to mention super over priced. They want $2 50 per spring roll. Not an egg roll but tune spring roll. Usually get 4 for that price. They will be closed before too long. Nothing good about this place.

Terrible service....The lady at the front was very rude and will not greet you or even smile. A child handles everything, including adding false charges to the meal total. I ordered General Tso Chicken and paid extra for the worst fried rice I have ever consumed.

Inside is very dirty and when I looked in the kitchen, there was grease stain all over the place.

Very good taste and portion. Friendly and great customer service.We had different dishes and we love all of them. They closed at 10:30 PM.

First time there tonight was hoping for a good local Chinese restaurant. Several cars parked in front seemed to be busy. Inside just 4 employees. I ordered won ton soup and vegetable chop suey. I didn't try the chip suey l looked inside and lots of onions. The Won Ton was mushy wrapped and inside crunchy meat. Couldn't finish not sure what the meat was. As I waited in the area for my food, I saw what I thought was a baby roach. I don't like leaving these kind of reviews but once again I felt like I wasted my money.

Love this place and love the family who runs it. They always take wonderful care of us and not to mention, the food is delicious. I always love to support local businesses and families. Cannot say enough good things about this place and the people who own it.
