I stopped here on my way to Discount Tire on Confort Way in Edmond. I picked up 2 dozen of assorted flavors of doughnuts and a box of Joe to go. Today, because there was an ice/snow mix on the ground in Edmond, Dunkin' Donuts on Broadway only had two people working, and it was super busy at the drive thru. There was a guy wearing a purple "Rick and Morty" t-shirt. working with a young lady in a baseball cap. BOTH of them were super kind and got us our order correct and quickly. I think they both felt some pressure/stress with a busy drive-thru and only two workers. But BOTH of them went above and beyond...

Overall I enjoy this location and the staff. Sometimes you encounter someone rude or not very helpful. Sometimes mistakes are made on your order and or drink, but overall the management and long term staff are outstanding individuals. My go to place when I need a caffeinated pick me up from work! My favorites are their hot caramel swirl coffee or a iced brown butter coffee :)
