Teenage girls who have no idea how to communicate working here. Ordered 3 boxes of hot chocolate for a party I had early this morning, go to pick them up and the at the front said “yeah so the girl who took your order didn’t know what she was talking about so we can’t do that for you.” They never called to let me know after taking down my information, and now I’m left empty handed for my event.
This continues to be one of the worst serviced Dunkins I have ever been to. They constantly get my order wrong, staff is rude, and the food is prepared poorly.
Bring back the parker refresher!!! We want strawberry alllll day
