I had a call ahead order and it was ready when I arrived. Not only that but I was in a walking boot due to surgery and the counter clerk took the time to carry my order to my car. Above & beyond!
They have amazing Cookies! and we get a cookie cake every Year! They're frosting can never be beat! They all have unique designs on the cookies! The service is pretty good too!
Review for April 10 around 4:30 pm- I like the cookies but the customer service is lacking and could be better! I wasn’t greeted when entering the door yesterday but she ended up greeting the customer that came in after me! I wonder why?? Don’t want to speculate anything! But they really need to work on their customer service skills with communication and greeting “all” people that come to this establishment.
