If you’re looking for a cute little hangout place to hang out with friends or family. This is a perfect coffee shop for you not too busy and there atmosphere is quiet. So it’s easier to talk with other people and coffee is really good. Definitely recommend this coffee shop.

I've been here twice for cappuccinos. The coffee is legit good. Lots of comfy seating. It's quiet and has little nooks to sit and chat. I've not tried any food items, but the wine bar concept sounds fun. Highly recommend for coffee.

Stopped by on a Friday around 1pm and the vibes were immediately a 10/10. Super chill, comfortable atmosphere with a good crowd, but still plenty of seating to relax or get some work done.

The staff were so welcoming. They greeted me right when I walked in and made ordering quick.

I originally came because I saw they had cinnamon rolls 👀 and let me tell you… worth it. I ordered a vanilla cappuccino and a cinnamon roll (about $10 total), and both were SO good. The coffee didn’t even need anything added, it was perfect as is. And the cinnamon roll? Warmed up, soft, and honestly amazing. I told myself I’d save some for my boyfriend… yeah, that didn’t happen 😂

I just stopped in this time, but next visit I’m definitely sitting and staying awhile.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy spot with great drinks and treats 🤍

It is my favorite place to go to relax along with a cup of coffee

My coffee was great. Iced latte with some flavoring. I was in and out in just a few minutes. I liked the vibe inside also really nice and what you’d want from a coffee shop.

I had a glass of wine here! I love the calm cozy vibes. The service was great. But my wine glass was COVERED in dust. Might want to look into washing them more often if they aren't used a ton 😅. Also I gotta cup cake that was dry and kind of dense but the chocolate cake my friend got was amazing!

I love coming to this coffee shop, every time I come in the staff is incredibly friendly, the drinks are delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and aesthetic. The manager Jared is also incredibly kind and helpful, I accidentally left my bag inside and didn’t realize until they had closed for the day and he was able to send someone to come unlock the store and let me grab my bag and they were so nice about the whole situation. Out of all the coffee places in Edmond this one is easily my favorite not just for the amazing management and staff but also for their delicious drinks. It’s also in a great location, right around many other cool little shops so after enjoying some great coffee you’re able to walk around and enjoy downtown Edmond

Ellis Island Coffee has been one of my go-to spots in Edmond for a long time, and it never disappoints. I stop in frequently, and the lattes are always fantastic — perfectly balanced, smooth, and made with care every single time.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, whether I’m grabbing something to go or settling in to relax for a bit. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely love what they do.

It’s rare to find a place that’s consistently this good, but Ellis Island nails it every time. Great coffee, great people, great vibes — can’t recommend it enough!
