First time to try this place.One other customer inside when I arrived. I waited 10 minutes for my order and discovered they hadn’t even started it yet. The workers were in the back wearing gloves as they took drive-through money, cleaned, etc.. They did not exchange their gloves when they started my sandwich. I had waited so long and needed to be somewhere, so I asked for a refund. The workers said I’d have to come back the next day to get a refund they were not able to issue refunds. I ended up leaving without even getting my mail - lousy service - What a disappointment!

Stopped by today and was wanting to order a “bounty bowl” listed on the menu. The cashier had to ask me what that was I was ordering. Last I checked it is a menu item listed on the site and menu in the store. Train your employees if you want business!!

First time going in, you see a lot of young girls playing around. I ordered some food and I was skeptical about eating it. Because I'm not sure if they washed their hands or not. It was a waste of my time. A waste of my money! I received the food, It was not worth it. I will not, And I mean, I will not return!! This was May 27th 2026

This place is good if you don’t
mind waiting for the employees to get off their phones to make your food and then have to hope that they wash their hands or at the least wear gloves before touching your food.
Was really excited to try this place. I come in a little before noon and stand out the counter for 10 minutes with no greeting. I see they have a drive through so I attempt to order through there and they rudely tell me to order inside or online. I think I’ll go somewhere else

terrible customer service , the girls have their hair down while making the food. the girl on her phone and another employee has to tell her to take our order. and not one of them acknowledges us at all for like 4 mins of standing there.
This was my first time here and the food was amazing and fresh!😍 I was so excited to hear about a new spot from my little sis.. that was until a gentleman employee had a really nasty attitude over simple questions on the menu along with an unwelcoming look on his face. Maybe a bad day? We all have those. But it certainly ruined my mood and i’m very disappointed. I’m unable to recommend this spot to my family & friends due to bad treatment

Today, I entered the drive-in and left with no food or drink. I was told via speaker that I could only order online or come inside. Since I was already in line at the drive-through, I tried to rapidly order online. The app told me 10 to 15 minutes before my order will be ready. Obviously, that wasn’t going to work with people now behind me in the drive-through.
Their signage, instructions are poorly done. The employee attitude was worse..
I really want to see this restaurant succeed. We have been regulars for many years and even used them for events.
However, the quality is not as consistent recently, and this type of Customer Service will not succeed. How they can get it fixed!

After the gym, I stopped by Be Healthy Cafe—I’ve been here a few times, and the manager is always very kind and provides great service.
Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. At the drive-thru, a young employee seemed unsure how to take an order and gave conflicting instructions. When I asked for a healthy recommendation after a workout, she couldn’t provide a clear answer and suggested items that didn’t really align with what I was asking for.
In the end, I decided to leave and go somewhere else.
I’m sharing this as feedback—training and product knowledge are very important, especially for front-line staff. It directly impacts the customer experience and whether people choose to return.
I’ve had good experiences here before, so I hope this was just an off day. With better training and consistency, I’m sure things can improve.

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow—I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged for at least five minutes after walking in with no other customers in line. It then took around 20 minutes just to get two smoothies. On top of that, the staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Definitely not the level of service I expected, and I won’t be returning.

I came in a little before noon with 2 friends. It was our first time there. They made our smoothies to start with while we waited on the food which didn’t take too long. I can’t remember the ladies name who helped us but, she was sweet & very knowledgeable about the dishes.
