Ordered online thru Google. When I placed order I got response that it would be ready in 10 minutes. Waited 15 minutes then drove up to pick order up. When I arrived to pick up the order they had no idea about it. They did start cooking my steak and I had to wait another 15 minutes. The problem is not with huddle house, the food was perfect, I had to pay Google a service fee for placing the order. Google worth billions of dollars. I want my 1 dollar back, if you can afford it....
The food is good. How ever if to work there make sure you are trained and know not to leave Intel you cash out your last table or you'll be like me not understanding why your manager cashed in tickets of tables that left. I came out looking like I stole and she came out smelling like a ?.
I realize that getting someone to work these days is hard but it seems as though a lot of businesses are just taking anyone who comes thru the door. I stopped at 2 Huddle Houses, August 27th. The first one was located at the Flying J, Ardmore OK and the girl there was so nasty and rude that the customer sitting two booths in front of me told her he changed his mind and left.
