Sonic Drive-In is a classic fast-food restaurant that retains its old-school charm. The food may take a little longer to arrive, but it is worth the wait as it is prepared perfectly. The staff, particularly the manager, are praised for their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Customers recommend getting condiment packets instead of having them on the food. The service is noted to be great despite the lack of visible staff. Sonic Drive-In also offers chili dogs, contributing to its enjoyable atmosphere. However, the restaurant's app has been reported to have some technical issues.
