Was my pretzel burnt? Yes. Was it the best pretzel I ever had despite that? Yes. Did the employee look like they hated their life and not want to be there? Yes. Do I want them to stay open and not shut down cause I don’t want to go in the mall to get a pretzel? Yes.

We went through the drive-thru and had a good experience. My only complaint is that we wanted pepperoni pretzel bites and they were going to be a 10 minute wait. We decided to order something else and our order was quick, hot, and tasted great! The employees were really nice!

Easy to go through the drive thru. So excited to have a combo Auntie Anne's/ Jamba Juice ♡ a bit of a wait since they were backed up, but I definitely don't mind! Can use mobile app to order ahead
