Was in a rush before so my roommate and I grabbed x2 10 pc nuggets, and x2 large fries. By the time we get home and open up our bag, we realize we’re missing a large fry. Tried calling the location multiple times but no answer. Just frustrating having to drive all the way back with your food then turning cold, just for a fry from a 4 item order. Doesn’t help their case that the replacement fries we received had obviously spent their time sitting under the heat lamp.
This is probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I could imagine existing in Edmond. The play place is the only reason I would come back because my kids will probably ask for it. The ground is dirty. The kids running the show seem uncaring and the owners should revamp this place.

McDonald's provides a friendly atmosphere and quick service in its lobby area. The restaurant offers a play area with climbing structures and slides, keeping kids entertained. Parking is plentiful and well-lit. While some menu items, like the cheesy jalapeño quarter pounder, may not meet expectations, the egg McMuffin's quality has improved. Special orders are accommodated, and dietary restrictions can be requested.
