DO NOT GO HERE FROM 12-1pm the high schoolers ruined this place. I tried to take my daughter here to play and we never even got to order it was so packed. Then one of their employees was upset I was walking on the floor they were mopping but there was literally nowhere else for me to move. It was a very odd interaction. It’s unfortunate they put a play place over here instead of one of the many other locations.

I'm done with this McDonalds. They always forget to put at least 1 of my items in the bag and I've received undercooked nuggets multiple times. One time I drove back around the drive thru to tell them my burger was missing and the kid had me pull forward and came to talk to me. He didn't understand that I simply wanted my fries and asked me to come inside to speak to someone else. I was in a hurry and didn't have the time so I left mad and hungry. I got stiffed again today. I'm done with this location.

Update just now on 12/29/23 drive-thru forgot my knife but special order burger was correct, got bbq sauce ordered & charged extra, remembered my napkins for the first time in who knows when if ever.I came in last week I think and found out there's a New GM ?. Friendlier atmosphere & faster service in lobby. I was waited on in lobby quick, got food quick. The quality of the Canadian bacon meat and the general freshness of the egg McMuffins have finally gone back to normal thank goodness.Better experience in drive- thru at Danforth location too recently.* I've worked at 5 different McDonald's earlier in my life.

The counter helps is almost non-existent.. twice they point out theh have a Kiosk, which I could clearly see. When my order was take ..about 6 minutes after standing at the counter.. it took Almost 20 minutes for them to get my order correct. Seems the food prep peeps just couldn't follow the managers direction. It was a simple order: 3 quater lb meals 2 with Bacon, 1 without, large with 3 cokes.. 1 quarter # sandwich only!! $39.82.
