My mom couldn’t hear the lady that was taking our order and ask her to repeat what she had said. The lady is YELLING back threw the outside mic back at us. We both look at each other like “what’s going on?”Then we get our biscuits and they were all crumbed up. The lady had to have open our box and stuck her fist in them. I’ve never seen anything like this. She needs to find another job!!!!Go somewhere else

if I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst restaurant experience ever.I tried to order food in the Drive Thru but I could not hear the woman who was working the drive-through on the speaker. When I tried to tell her, she yelled at me to pull forward when I pulled forward as requested, I tried to finish ordering my food, and she told me that I could not add anything at the window so I only got to order half the food that I wanted. I have honestly in my life never encountered a more rude person. After she took my payment and shut the drive-through window. She turned to her coworker and said I can't even deal with this lady. To top it off they did not give us our french fries with one of the orders and the coleslaw with the other. I will never go back to this store. KFC needs to do better, They just officially lost a customer and I will definitely be telling everybody that I know about my experience. if management or the store owner reads this, I would appreciate someone reaching out. I have also called the corporate office and filed a complaint. I do not appreciate being yelled at or harassed when all I am trying to do is do is order food.

My family liked the food. The cleanliness can be improved. Men's bathroom was dirty. The entry door has issues. Overall the atmosphere felt unclean and messy.

This place needs to close permanently! They never have anything in stock that I go there for. Today I just ordered 3 sides. They had me pay them informed me they were out of what I wanted. That's bull$$$$! The past year or two. They have been out of chicken every time we have went there. It's a chicken place. Never going there again!

Went through the drive through during lunch and NO ONE was behind us, lady taking order proceeds to tell me she can not take 2 orders, this has never been an issue before. After ordering she makes us pull up front again no one behind us. I ordered sauce with my chicken which was missing ON TOP of the extra mashed potatoes paid for and the biscuit in the meal? There was no one inside and mistakes happen but she was being careless and not checking the order prior to handing them to customers shouldn’t happen, especially when we waited 5-7 min for the order.. I go back on not once but twice to correct my order. Nice location but people like that really make it not worth it

We waited in line for a few minutes, there were 3 cars in front of us who drove away, and 4 cars behind us that backed up and drove away. When we got to give our orders the man says it will be a while they have 7 orders in front of us. At this point we were the only ones in the parking lot. We waited and asked again they said they manager told them to stop taking orders all together. WHAT!?! How do you keep a business going when you refuse customers????? That's disgraceful

It was horrible the African American woman manager that worked today was rude and took forever on my drive trough order then I asked of her for my food to be fresh and it was not ...............it takes longer than 30 seconds to cook nuggest i will be reporting to the proper food authoritys as too these finding and the manager is struggling its a discrace didn't want to leave one star and I won't be back and I run a business in Edmond you guys may want to consider relocating management or the store because one of the two of not both are 0/0

THEFT and HOSTILE is how I'd describe this KFC. Went through the drive through for 3 KFC wraps and paid for the food. They REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY FOOD and YELLED that at me through the intercom. Wouldn't even come through the window. I left and called for the manager and one of the employees LIED and said he was the manager. lol then I heard a lady steal the phone out of his hands and claim SHE was the manager and told me she still wasn't going to give the food I paid for. haha KFC is ghetto... guess I forgot.
