Very good customer service
My son just had his wisdom teeth out and mash potatoes sounded good! I haven't eaten at KFC in a long time but the food still tastes the same. It was fresh and hot. The best part of our visit was the kind man behind the counter (Rio). He was so polite and took good care of us. Then as we sat and ate our food, I listened to how kind he was to everyone else that came in. He should get a raise! (The restaurant could use a good cleaning though!)
Drink machine is never work. Never get the drink I ordered. It's either broken or they are out.

KFC serves hot and fresh food, with some areas for improvement. The dining area is now clean and spic and span, with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff, like Abby at the drive-thru, make a positive impact. The team is super nice and provides fast service with a great attitude.
