Again, this location is always great! This is my go to pizza spot! Ordered yesterday on the app and picked up a beautiful fresh pizza! There is nothing better than a fresh, steaming hot pizza out of the oven! Order on the app, come by and fill up on fresh pizza!

I was really disappointed with my recent order. I paid extra for the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni™, but what I got looked like a sloppy version of the regular pepperoni pizza with maybe a quarter of the usual amount of pepperoni. My Crazy Bread wasn’t ready when I arrived, even though the app said the order was ready, and it ended up being about 10 minutes late. When I finally got it, the Crazy Bread was rushed and undercooked. Definitely not the quality or service I expected — especially for a premium item. Do better!

I just wanted to send a quick shout out to Eddie and PD at the 164th and Penn location. I was in there last night and they were really busy but they provided great customer service, had a great attitude even though there were only 2 of them handling a great volume of phone and walk in orders. They were really good and I just wanted to give them a shout out for doing it right.

Needed an order before a football game and didn't do before arriving - counter agent was friendly, let me know how long it would take, and even though they had a cheesy bread in the warmer, let me know they'd make mine fresh. Reminded me to grab my 2 liter pop. Made kickoff time. 😎

Had an online order to pickup. The app told us the order was ready. 10 minutes later it still wasn’t ready. The part of the order that was ready had the toppings stuck to the box lid. I asked if it could be remade, and the employee told me to go to another location if I didn’t like it. The manager was apologetic, but didn’t correct the employee’s behavior. The employee continued to be rude and condescending.
Woman who took my order was friendly but they for some reason weren’t taking orders at the speaker. So you order at the window. Then they asked me pull around to the front while I wait but there was no parking spot so I just pulled forward and turned my flashers on until a spot opened up. “Hot N Ready” pizzas never seem to be hot and ready at any location I’ve been to. Tonight was no different. Waited 10 minutes for 1 classic pepperoni pizza. They asked if I wanted something else or if I’d wait. We didn’t want something else so I waited.

Sat at the speaker for 6 minutes with no acknowledgment… moved forward, sat at the window for 17 minutes. Still no acknowledgment. There was nobody in the store, but every employee that was there were gathered in the back where they could literally see a car at the window waiting.
Awful, awful service. Most every single review reflects that, too. This would be understandable if the store were busy, but when you have 0 customers in the drive or front of the store, it’s embarrassing. I don’t expect 5 star service, I just expect to be acknowledged.
Hopefully management manages and gets this store in actual working condition.

Avoid if possible, ordered on the app. Got a stuffed crust and breadstick. I went to pick it up and the pickup machine was broken, lady is visibly on edge, didn’t think much of it other than they must have been busy. I Get my pizza and leave, when I get home it’s a classic pepperoni that is 3 dollars cheaper, and it was obviously a old pizza that had been sitting, bread was stale and you could taste the butter that had soaked into the bread. If you have to come to this location be sure you check your food before leaving.
