Was on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on, this has happened twice now.
I ordered several pizzas for a party, received an email confirmation, charged my card, and after a 2-hour wait they canceled the order without notifying me. Spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to simply answer it and update me. Ended up hanging up without any resolve. Won't order from them again.
Waited in line for 20 minutes to pickup my pizza, while one lone girl ran the register, handled the drive-through, and took phone orders.
Being frustrated at the long wait just to do a pickup, I made the rookie mistake of NOT checking my order.
Got home and had a cold, plain cheese pizza.
Tried to call Marco’s to pull a Karen, and sat on hold for over 30 minutes listening to a recording repeatedly thank me for my patience (!) before I finally hung up.
