Pros: Good quality food and the tea is excellent. Good customer service, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant was very clean. Good amenities, like hot sauces readily available.
Cons: Portion sizes are way too small for the price. The staff will ask you for a tip on dine-in and to-go orders. With the prices they charge, they should pay their staff more and not make them resort to asking for tips.

Two words... Comfort Food!! Feeds the soul and warms the heart. I really enjoy their Choose 2 option with a half a McAlister's Club Sandwich and a cup of soup or chili, but there are other great choices to choose from. Friendly service, good atmosphere, and great food. It gets pretty busy. We arrived around 11:30 and it wasn't too bad but by noon there was a line of 15 people. They also have larger options, so they're great for office lunches or meeting to cater....
