The staff is noted for crushing it during busy times and providing top tier drinks and service. However, some inconsistencies are noted, specifically with drinks featuring cold foam, which sometimes lack the right consistency, suggesting a need for a refresher on the sweet cream recipe. On rare occasions, service can be less positive, with reports of a barista responding rudely to a customer arriving at the exact mobile order pickup time, forgetting items, and using an angry tone to suggest waiting longer. Despite these occasional issues, many customers have repeatedly good experiences and hesitate to leave a bad rating because of the other wonderful baristas.
