I placed a breakfast order on the app at 10:10am and arrived at 10:29am, but they didn't have my food ready. They told me they couldn't make my food and instead offered me a different breakfast item instead. I went ahead and accepted it, but I wasn't super happy with the quality. I wish I had known that they wouldn't start cooking my order until I got there. Not a great experience altogether, but I appreciate their efforts to correct it.

Good manager who cares for for her customers.
Our take out order was incorrect which unfortunately tends to happen at fast-food chains more often than not, unfortunately. I called when I got home and realized to communicate the discrepancy. They had a weird answering service, so left a message. But the manager was quick to respond and eagar to make things right. So, the review is to recognize the leadership team for caring for the customer.

Although I’ve had previous issues with food quality at this location, the owners of this franchise are stand up people and they make things right. I can also tell they want to improve. The last 3 times I’ve gone have been flawless! Excellent food, service, and speed. Highly recommend.
