Noodle•ology offers a beautiful atmosphere that is relaxing and quiet. The staff are personable, polite, friendly and extremely accommodating. Service is quick, amazing and beyond 5 Stars. People enjoy fresh, flavorful appetizers such as egg rolls, scallion pancakes, edamame, potato fries with chili oil and fried dumplings. The noodle soups include spicy braised beef broth, pork (braised belly) and chicken cutlet (grilled). Dry noodle dishes like garlic shrimp and chili garlic noodles are perfectly cooked and sizzling. Ramen and Dan Dan noodles are perfectly cooked, and the chicken katsu is crispy with flavor. The beef noodles provide an excellent spiced and savory balance. Portions are great and super-fresh ingredients are. The spicy options give a consistent heat with a comfortable burn. Large party of five or larger find the seating arrangements accommodating. Overall the dining experience is wonderful, delicious and a perfect 10/10.
