What a great food and service surprise we had with Mia when we popped in for an early bite to share plates on Monday, December 30th/24. The salsa was fresh, and very good flavor(. Husband could be a salsa connoisseur). Shrimp bowl and beef fajitas w/ flour tortillas were the best flavor, taste, served piping hot for both dishes that we have had in some time. Mia was perfect server, friendly, put you at ease and whoever was chef that day, both of these folks need a raise. Superb food and service. On a scale of 1-10, food and service were an 11. So good we ate without taking photos but beef fajitas had lots of red and green peppers, onions and beef. Shrimp bowl had 2 skewers of 3 shrimp ( so 6 total) cooked perfectly. Very well done and it got busy and MIA managed it all! Impressive, perfect meal!

We were here on a Monday night, and it wasn’t busy. There were maybe two other tables. The service wasn’t great. We had to ask for things multiple times and some of the food orders were wrong. The food wasn’t good. One of the dishes had to be sent back (we didn’t have to pay for that one). The food tasted old and stale.

Last time I ate here, was good service but this time did not add up to anything. Never got the beer I ordered and had to take our own drinks for refills, and my water cup was empty and they ended up taking the cup and no refill or anything.

The service at this establishment was abysmal. I sat at the bar, hoping for a quicker turnaround, but it was evident that they were understaffed. Despite the fact that the bar wasn’t particularly busy, it took about 10 minutes to receive my chips, salsa, and drink.
In stark contrast, a man walked in, sat down at the bar, and was immediately served. He received his chips, salsa, and drink within a mere 30 seconds of sitting down. I couldn’t help but feel a sense of frustration as I sat there, patiently waiting for my order, only to have it arrive a couple of minutes later, but with my drink already empty.
I waited expectantly for the waitress to come and ask if I needed a refill, but she completely ignored my presence. Meanwhile, a couple walked in, sat down at the bar, and were served instantly. As I sat there with an empty glass, I couldn’t help but feel increasingly irritated.
Finally, a different waitress approached me. I braced myself for her to ask if I needed a refill, but to my surprise, she asked, “Would you like your ticket, sir?” Of course, I replied, “Yes, please.”

Fajitas were not cooked well, the tortillas were doughy in the middle and the service was poor at best. I had to go to the kitchen to get chips. We were not greeted at the door for a considerable amount of time. The worst part is as we were waiting, in a near empty restaurant, a couple was leaving and told us how bad their experience was. I should have believed them.

Slow to be sat for an empty afternoon restaurant. Waited about 10 minutes for our chips/salsa and drink order. 10 minutes later, still no drinks or order taken even though the waiter Jason? Justin? passed by us several times. There were a total of 2 other tables sat in the whole building. We walked out.

The soup was made with the prior made ingredients ( pulled chicken, rice, pico) with broth poured over the top. The fish tacos had such a funky smell (rotten fish sticks) we sent it back. Everything that we ordered was either freezer burnt or premade and reheated in bad fashion. The rice was crunchy, the beans tasted old and almost like bbq beans. When we complained of two plates not working for us they left the plates on the table! There was one waitress, an absent manager who seemed younger than the waitress, and two cooks. There was a max of five tables the whole we were there. The food and service speed was so slow we watched an older man dine and dash. I don’t even think they realized it but as he was sitting next to us he ate and left. Worst food I have ever had. Felt like it was food for prisoners.

Staff is cool. Food is good 👍🏼 only and biggest complaint is . There is never anyone present when u walk in to dine in .usually a 3 to 4 minute wait before they notice u have arrived. Same with to go ..employees always in the back . I usually sit at bar so they see a new customer faster since it's in the middle of the room in traffic. Great prices
