What has happen to this place? Service has consistently gone down hill the last several months. Tonight, took the cake. I left, paid $50 and didn’t touch my food or finish my drink.
Couldn’t figure out who the manager was if there was one there.
Staff seemed apathetic.
Awful dining tonight and last 2 times we have been to this location. Server dropped our ticket immediately after bringing our food then she never came back. We were going to order dessert. My steak was ordered Medium. It was rare. I didn't even eat 3/4 of it. We were never asked how our meal was. I don't know why when it is 4 in the afternoon and there is literally no one in the restaurant and the hostess always tries to sit us at a table. No one wants to sit at a table anyway....read full review

Outback Steakhouse provides excellent service and food. The atmosphere is calming, relaxing, and lovely overall, even during peak hours. The steak is cooked to perfection and they always put out a good steak. The blooming onion was seasoned and the chicken bits were delicious and very much enjoyable. The bread was soft and tasteful. Servers offer top-notch service, staying attentive without being intrusive. While the chicken may not be a standout, overall, diners leave satisfied and eager to return.
