My server LaQuan W. at Outback at 2402 W. Memorial Road, OKC, he did a wonderful job. He came quickly to take my drink order and food order. He did a great job on refilling my drinks. He was very friendly and I was very pleased with him. I definitely will ask for him the next time I’m at that location.
Outback has been one of my favorite places to eat over the past 20+ years. I frequently go to the one on Memorial. My last visit stood out to me when Shane, the MOD that evening came by our table to check on us. I just watched him throughout the night because I work in the Hotel Industry and I like to watch the MOD at another restaurant to see their interactions with guests. What stood out that night was when he offered to walk an older couple to their car in the rain with an umbrella. The people's reaction was speechless. I had an opportunity to speak to Shane more after that before we left and I can tell you that he’s a manager I would want on my team any day. Great food and great service are key to success in a restaurant.
It was Laquan’s first day and we wouldn’t have known it if he didn’t tell us - he was very personable and knowledgeable! The food was great as always, but Laquan made the experience!
This is by far one of the best Outbacks I have been to. The service and atmosphere is top notch. As I am visiting from out of state, I was looking for a good quality dinner and it did not disappoint. Being Gluten Free as well the menu options were in abundance. I would highly recommend this location.
