Outback has been one of my favorite places to eat over the past 20+ years. I frequently go to the one on Memorial. My last visit stood out to me when Shane, the MOD that evening came by our table to check on us. I just watched him throughout the night because I work in the Hotel Industry and I like to watch the MOD at another restaurant to see their interactions with guests. It was Laquan’s first day and we wouldn’t have known it if he didn’t tell us - he was very personable and knowledgeable! The food was great as always, but Laquan made the experience!
