One of our areas greatest hidden treasures. Pho Ben is a small unsuspecting food truck that packs an enormous punch of awesomeness.I’ve been many times and only had the house lemon chicken. If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would.I simply cannot say enough good things about Ben. We’ve been coming here for 2 years and everything is absolutely amazing. Pho can be a bit subjective but in my mind, Ben makes the best pho around and if you can handle your spice, be sure to ask for it extra spicy because his homemade Sa-Te is phenomenal.
The restaurant has moved to the parking lot in a food truck. Mr. Tran is very friendly and his food is delicious! My friends and I love this spot.Vegetarian options: You can sub the meat in all the dishes for vegetables!Dietary restrictions: You can sub the meat in all the dishes for vegetables!
