One of our areas greatest hidden treasures. Pho Ben is a small unsuspecting food truck that packs an enormous punch of awesomeness.I’ve been many times and only had the house lemon chicken. I’ve been afraid to try anything else because the chicken is so good. But I stepped out tonight and actually had the Pho. Best Pho I’ve had outside of Vietnam… and I’ve had a lot. Now I have to try the whole menu!It’s a small truck and a small menu, but it packs high quality and high customer service. The owner/chef/receptionist/server is incredibly kind every time I go.Give this place a shot… you’ll be glad you did!

If I could give 10 stars on this review, I would.I simply cannot say enough good things about Ben. We’ve been coming here for 2 years and everything is absolutely amazing. Pho can be a bit subjective but in my mind, Ben makes the best pho around and if you can handle your spice, be sure to ask for it extra spicy because his homemade Sa-Te is phenomenal.

Food and service average and ambiance below average ! I liked the grilled lemon chicken with veggies and fried rice was not bad! Lomein average ! The taste of the food was good overall but the quality was definitely below expectations .

Told 15min and it took 30min after we pulled up and the guy walked off with my debit card for almost 10minutes. Then the guy starts clipping his nails before cooking my food. 35$ and they didnt even fill up the broth containers or coffee all the way it was half full. And the guy was rude whoever answered the phone. Will never be back here even if someone offered to pay for me. And now i have the run, Absolutly disgusting im every way possible.

For the money ($10 per dish avg) I have to give it up to Pho Ben + Snow Pea off Kelly and W Edmond. Been a few times now and both the Pho and the Chinese are great! Their wok gives their dishes a tasty char! It’s just a older gentleman and his wife so you may have to be patient if it’s busy though…

Awesome pho! We also got spring rolls, my wife got grilled lemon chicken and our friend got sesame chicken and also egg drop soup along with my daughter. Everyone said their food was amazing!
We were forcefully directed to wait in the non-air conditioned entry to place our order by an exceptionally rude man at the counter. We were then directed to drinks and told to sit down. I took our children to sit down while my significant other proceeded to get drinks. He came back to the table about 3 minutes later to tell me he couldn't get drinks because there were too many roaches battling for supremacy so he gave up. We decided to leave and go elsewhere to eat. Obviously, we will never be going back, but if you're in the mood to reenact bug wars from animal planet with you as the apex predator have a great time.

If you’re looking for good quality PHO with yummy broth in the Edmond area, this is the best spot I have found yet. Much better than all the other pho spots I have tried in the area. Also, their veggie eggrolls are delicious! The owner is very nice. My partner and I came in ONCE , and he already remembered our order without us having to say anything.I was pretty impressed.Also the interior is cute and clean, you can see into the clean kitchen, which I like
