This Abuelo's is located on W. Memorial Road near Quail Springs Mall. There is a large indoor seating area, take-away is available as well. Opening hours are 11am to 9pm (Sun to Thurs) and 11am to 10pm (Fri & Sat). Menu features a large range of traditional Tex-Mex dishes with a veg and gluten-free section for those with health and dietary needs. If you want amazing food - go here. This place makes its food with love and you can taste it. Absolute gem of Edmond. We split a plate of quesabrillas and asda fries. It’s rare I make reviews for restaurants, but this place is amazing and I hope they know it. Thank you for such amazing food and service!

I had been looking for a restaurant or place to be able to get quesabirria tacos again and I found Tacos El Diamante and I was not disappointed. I will definitely be ordering from them again and also trying more of the other items on their menu. I definitely recommend them.
