I love Cane's, but the experience I had today was less than any other. Bailee, the gal working the drive thru, was very unfriendly, to the point of seeming hostile. The restaurant wasn't very busy -- there was only one car in front of us -- so I have no idea what her issue was. I ordered extra toast on the side with a Box combo, and she substituted the cole slaw for an extra toast, which wasn't what I asked for. She seemed so nasty that I didn't want to go...
Was here visiting family in the Edmond area, and having read about this chain, I wanted to check it out. Was a line of about 15 people when we got there, but it moved fast, and our order came up quick. Friendly staff. The food was all excellent and some of the best chicken fingers I have had for sure. The sauce is so tasty and goes perfect with the chicken. And the prices were very reasonable for what you get, especially compared to other fast food chains. Sure wish they had locations...
Good food but was a little concerned the chicken sitting on the floor was still good but lost one star do to that. Service is 10/10 and love the Saturday evening activities in the parking lot west of canes. Edit:Just saw some other reviews about food poisoning so do with this picture what you want
