I love Cane's, but the experience I had today was less than any other. Bailee, the gal working the drive thru, was very unfriendly, to the point of seeming hostile. The restaurant wasn't very busy -- there was only one car in front of us -- so I have no idea what her issue was. I ordered extra toast on the side with a Box combo, and she substituted the cole slaw for an extra toast, which wasn't what I asked for. She seemed so nasty that I didn't want to go...

Good food but was a little concerned the chicken sitting on the floor was still good but lost one star do to that. Service is 10/10 and love the Saturday evening activities in the parking lot west of canes. Edit:Just saw some other reviews about food poisoning so do with this picture what you want

Hot fresh food, fresh brewed tea(sweet, unsweet). Great ice! Drive thru normally pretty quick & orders have been accurate. Staff mostly very friendly.
Chicken is whole tenders, not pressed meat, just enough breading. Crinkle fries really good, if hot. Garlic toast perfect. Coleslaw bit tangy so add touch of mayo. Need to add one more side option (okra, mac & chz?) & would be nice to have specials occasionally or offer coupons, since is a bit pricey.
