The French Dip is great. Big portions of nicely baked bread perfect for dipping in the salty, savory Au Jus. The tomato basil soup is thick and creamy, and good as an alternative dip too. I like that they have Mexican coke available.

Just to let you know I got sick from my sandwich. I had a ham and cheese and it tasted ok I just thought I was over full. Then 5 hours later it hit - definitely food poisoning and also I gave my cat a few bites of the ham and she got sick. Will not eat at this location

Sadly, this Schlotzkys has had issues since it opened - I had tried going through the drive through and had half hour waits with incorrect food when I was the only person there. I have started going back lately hoping it had resolved its problems.Today I ordered a sandwich and a Cinnabon to go. The sandwich was delivered promptly and as I ordered it, but there was no Cinnabon in my bag. I went back to the counter and after 2 tries they were still unable to get me what I ordered.I could understand if the place were busy or they were short staffed, but they weren't.My sandwich was delicious, but your staff is going to have to learn to pay better attention to their orders.

I worked at a schlotzskys for 4 years, when I ordered here the entire order was wrong. I got a California chicken that was missing avocado, red pepper, and then the chipotle mayo must not have been made because it was just regular mayo on it. Then I got a fiesta sandwich which also just had regular mayo on it.The other locations across Oklahoma that I’ve been to have not been as disappointing as this one, how ever I will say all of them have not been spectacular, maybe it’s due to poor environment and work ethic at these specific stores, and maybe it’s because they do not pay their employees decent at all in Oklahoma.

I came in on December 21st around 11AM I think. My blood sugar was really low when I came in to get food in a hurry and they asked me if I needed a cookie until my food was made. I ended up just sipping pop. I decided to eat inside and go back home instead of driving to OKC. Pleasant atmosphere- not too noisy. Good food and friendly workers. It seemed hard to get in and out of. I had to go all the way to the light near Taco Bell to get back out safely.

The floors need to be swept.Four employees and not at all busy. But none were attending to the dining area. Maybe less cell phone or tick tock interaction would probably go a long way. 1st time here, last time here.

After ordering, I received a call say they had no pizza bread and that they could not provide me a refund until the manager returned in 2 days. So, charge extra to use their app to order, take your money, provide no food, and refuse to refund your money for 2 days. How is that right?

I got home and I didn’t have my correct order. When I went in 2 men were just talking. I called and they said they would add what was missing. When I arrived to pick up the doors were locked. I could see the same men in there. I knocked at the front door for atleast 5 minutes before they came to the door and I was knocking loud. Will never go back there
