Schlotzsky's Reviews
Usually not one to write a bad review but I'm fed up with this place. employee's are always rude or don't know what they are doing. At the drive thru today older white guy was rude because I asked for ranch and then charged me extra for ranch that is supposed to come with the sandwich anyway! I come here often because it's close but not worth the hassle anymore.
We have all new staff and management. Although we are still in training mode we believe our service and quality has improved. Please give us a try and give us feedback on how well we are doing or how we can improve. We love ❤ all our customers.
went by scholtzskys, ordered 2 medium sandwiches on sourdough bread after being told they no longer do rye.Ome Turkey bacon club,it had no bacon but an abundance of lettuce. on a sesame seed bun.the other sandwich also. had sesame bun.Definitely not tasty or what I ordered. When you pay $7 for a sandwich up should be able to get what you ordered not terrible substitutes. This store is bad can't even call the manager to complain no working telephone

Schlotzsky's Deli at Edmond offers friendly and professional service, with food made fresh and served quickly. Customers appreciate the tasty sandwiches, including the #9, and note that the food is generally good. The location is clean and efficient, making it a popular choice for quick meals or catering orders, with sandwiches often still warm and enjoyable. The drive-thru service is friendly, and staff are helpful, even recommending useful apps for ordering. However, some customers have experienced longer wait times, especially when understaffed, which can lead to taking food to go. Occasionally, there are issues with food quality, such as over-baked bread or less fresh pickles, and some items like baked potato soup may look and taste just okay. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for tasty sandwiches and quick service, though experiences can vary.
