Normally, Sonic has the best tots, but my recent experience was less than noticeable. The tots were hard and cold as I pulled out of Sonic onto the busy street around rush hour.very disappointed. Service was great, very prompt. You can't beat their ice either. The last couple of times, the fries or tots have been cool or cold. I will give you one more chance.
Service was 10/10 today. My car hop Lucas was very attentive and articulated everything on my order. Very positive attitude and was the best experience I have had at this location. Drinks and pickle fries were on par as well!
I am not really a complainer. I just usually take things as they come but we are sitting at this particular Sonic right now. We've been here about 20 minutes. Spent 15 of them waiting for someone to answer the speaker. It showed it was activated so we know we pushed it. Was not busy but people were coming in way after we did and getting a response and their orders quickly. While we are waiting to place our order we have one employee outside riding around the parking lot on...
