I asked for French Fries with no salt. The fries came out hot, extremely dark, crunchy, and salty. I sent them back with my request for fresh fries with absolutely no salt and not overcooked. I got same quality of fries the second time. The touch screen was filthy is why I rated low on atmosphere. I left with fries I absolutely did not want. I won't do this again!

This restaurant is staffed with more proactive and respectful staff. They are imaginative and all dressed for Halloween, maybe all holidays The cooks are better here and good as these recipes is better prepared, fresher and reliably tastier. I don't really care for most of these new things. I think it distracts from the basic restaurant. They sometimes do and don't have music in in the parking lot. And they serve all kinds of people quickly and effectively all the times they are open. They have multiple stations for you to drop off trash. The kiosks all work for ordering and banking. I have never had any problems here if any kind. And this is the one my Mom prefers and she knows the guy who started this chain at all! Definitely a good deal for your dollar!

Ordered double meat smashburger with bacon cheese no sauce add mustard. One hamburger no chesse mustard pickle only. 2 med tots 2 med drinks. 1 med onion ring. When I got home smash burger missing bacon. One of the patties was smashed the other small reg pattie. Ketchup intead of mustard. Hamburger had onions no pickles and no mustard. Tots and onion rings not fresh. With that being said, this is on going at this location. I read several similar complaints but seem to fall on deaf ears. No changes. No one cares about customer service. When I returned back with order I was told should check offer before I leave! Your trained personnel are responsible for reading orders and assemble per customer request. Not to mentioned this simple order cost over $30.00 with horrible quality and service. If you order don’t order on the app! At least on the night shift. They messed up my order twice!! The night crew does not have their stuff together!! Horrible just horrible experience! I thought the app was for convenience! Not at this location!

My go to stop as it's close by. The carhops are always amazing but they do occasionally get our order wrong even if it's just a few drinks. They are almost always accommodating when fixing issues though.
We come in several times a week and order a shake. They are advertised as having a cherry, but for some reason we never get a cherry. I have started ordering online and they have only given me the requested cherry 1 in 4 times so far. Why are the cherries advertised but never provided??? False advertising
Called the number on other review responses… they said I would get a call back. Didn’t happen, but I did start getting a cherry. Welp, that was short lived, past two nights, no cherry. Sheesh.
