I don’t think there’s been a single time that I’ve gotten a drink with cold foam and it be the right consistency. I think there should be a refresher on the sweet cream recipe for the whole store tbh. I think y’all need to add some more heavy cream. Love y’all though.
Normally every time I go, I have a wonderful experience picking up drinks and the customer service is wonderful. However, this morning I had my first bad experience here. I normally never leave a bad review because I also work in customer service with very demanding clientele, so I understand it can be tiring. I put in a mobile order this morning, and it said it would be ready at 10:52, so when I pulled up at 10:52 to pick it up, I thought there’d be no problem. The parking...
Mostly get my drinks right at this location but it’s not consistent. Service is fast and usually friendly. Atmosphere is less than expected and they removed tables and any place to sit, so it’s drive through only now.
