I absolutely love this location!! The staff is always so kind and they even greet me by name!! They are the only Starbucks that perfectly executes my signature drink!! I come here everyday and I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!

i ordered a sugar cookie almond milk frappe with extra sugar cookie syrup ON THE APP (keep in mind orders from the app should be made right because there are no communication errors) but i received a hot coffee with sugar cookie flavor, not at all what I ordered and I tried to call but they did not answer their phone ☹️ will not be buying from this location in the near future

I always get through the drive through really fast. When I go inside it's always clean and Gabby is always so nice and helpful.

Staff cares more about their 'window times' than the customer. There were no cars behind me, but 2 different staff came to the window to try and explain why I needed to pull my giant 12 passenger van into their tiny parking lot while they worked on my order. I was literally told, "we have a window time we have to be under, or we get in trouble." Hmm, perhaps we should care more about the customer experience... and then to top it off- I only got 2 of the 3 scones I ordered, but at this point, unloading the kids to walk inside and get my missing scone would probably put me over the edge of crazy.All this to say, I'd avoid this location. I never experience bad customer service at the MacArthur/turnpike location or the Guthrie location.

My wife went into this location to grab us some coffee’s and some coffee beans, gift card and cups to put in a basket being auctioned off for a charity and the employees working were incredibly rude to her. Whoever was working the evening shift on Saturday needs some customer service training or just how to be a nice human training. I wish I would have been there because I definitely wouldn’t have bought anything from this place. My wife says the evening shift needs to take a note from the morning shift because they are super nice and friendly. So, only go to this location in the mornings.
