We arrived on Saturday but early (5pm) for dinner. There were only a few people there at that time but the place was full and hopping by the time we left. All the folks coming in seemed to know each other giving the restaurant a very local ambiance. The noise level became energetic but not intrusive. What a hidden gem. The food, the service and the friendliness is always spot on. Great regular menu plus outstanding daily specials. Tonight was smoked prime rib that brought us in. 12 oz of great flavor, tender and smoked just right. Plus those burgundy mushrooms! Oh my! We will be back soon. Thanks for a lovely meal.

Service from our waitress was great, she was very nice and on top of service for us. The food was actually good too, with the only thing not up to par being the chicken fried steak. Granted, I am a spoiled chicken fried steak eater here in Oklahoma. But it just wasn't the right type of fry for it. However the fish and chips were great and the pretzel appetizer, amazing. Great hushpuppies and fries too.
