I am so tired of them closing early. Last time it was 15 mins early! If the mall doesn’t close until 6 , that’s when yoj should close! It irritates me everytime. I asked before I even tried to order one lady with long blonde hair said yes you can order. Then I got to the cabinet to order and they said no we weren’t taking orders .
Being at the hospital this place does great at service and keeping the place clean.
None of the staff would make eye contact while speaking with me when I was ordering nor did they wear gloves after their lunch break or wash their hands when handling my food. Specifically the staff girl who was vaping on her lunch break and touching her personal items then she didn’t even think to wash her hands or wear gloves before going behind the counter and touching the starbucks foods-blenders, nor did all the staff actually. Although some customers have had issues with payment options, the drinks are generally found to be fine. However, the quality of the tea can be inconsistent, with some finding it to taste like flavored water.
