I go to this Starbucks often, and I usually give them the benefit of the doubt. They're in a mall, they're store is small and usually don't have more than 4 or 5 workers up front. Which is totally understandable and doesn't upset me. What does is the attitude from some of the workers. There is one specifically that I know has worked there for a while, they usually have a shaved head or are wearing a bandana. I've had days they're beyond nice and I've had days they are beyond rude....read full review
Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Lots of staff, but they all seem to be doing menial tasks (slowly) while there are 10-12 people waiting for drinks and several in line.Edit: the line has gone away, I’m guess people stopped coming since there is a crowd waiting around. Now there are 3 workers standing around while one of them makes drinks

Was there on Sunday and the drinks were fine. What im not okay with. Is that as I was paying with my card the barista said to skip on the tip option. It charged 3 dollars, be careful.
