This is the second time this has happened to me. I order a medium cappuccino and they give me less than half the glass. The employees simply don't like it when no tip is given. It is a service that does not require a tip since it is not a restaurant where they are Serving at the table, what a bad service, I will not buy anything from this company again. If you don't tip, they won't serve you well and they won't give you the incredible full cappuccino.

Was there on Sunday and the drinks were fine. What im not okay with. Is that as I was paying with my card the barista said to skip on the tip option. It charged 3 dollars, be careful.

If I could put negative stars I would! Staff is terrible they are always out of half of the menu. If they don’t have a part of your order they just clear the order off and leave you waiting forever. Or they make your drink wrong and you have to argue with them what’s supposed to go in it ,This is on a daily. Then when you show the staff your receipt they wanna claim it didn’t go through or I ordered at a wrong location when it’s right there on the receipt. Not a way to run a business!

As we visited this Starbucks on Saturday, we were shocked by the amount of flys inside the food display cart. Multiple flys were inside and still alive roaming from one food to another. As we immediately notified the associates there, indeed they cared less about it and continued checking out customers.

I go to this Starbucks often, and I usually give them the benefit of the doubt. They're in a mall, they're store is small and usually don't have more than 4 or 5 workers up front. Which is totally understandable and doesn't upset me. What does is the attitude from some of the workers. There is one specifically that I know has worked there for a while, they usually have a shaved head or are wearing a bandana. I've had days they're beyond nice and I've had days they are beyond rude. Today I tried to buy a drink using the app in store to pay. All they said to me was "that won't work". I was confused why. Didn't ask because I was waiting for an explanation. There was none. So I just reiterated "so this won't work to pay?" They said "nope". That was it. No sorry or anything, no explanation. So I basically waited in line to not get anything. Would appreciate maybe some type of sign, AT LEAST at the front counter for that.I've read a lot of reviews about this place and I do feel people are harsh about this starbucks. But the service? Definitely not the best. When I came back a different person was working the register and he was beyond nice. Didn't get his name but short brown hair, about medium height.All in all, my main issue is I think some of the employees need to be retrained on how they speak to people/handle guests. Like I said, some are great already and some are not.The employee in question I had an issue with, I have seen before be reprimanded in front of other people for their attitude. Now I will say the person who did that(manager? Supervisor? Shift lead?) shouldn't of done it in public, but the point stands.

I just waited over 20 mins for a Cold Brew. It’s premade. It’s already ready. If I could’ve cancelled my order. I would. Awful customer service.

Sloooooowest Starbucks and they don’t prepare drinks in order - we waited over half an hour for the rest of our drinks. We watched the guy preparing our drinks move so slow. It was unreal.

BUGS!Are we just going to ignore the Ants and Bugs crawling all over the food in the display case? That is absolutely disgusting and makes you wonder if they are in the coffee and other products. I'll pass on this Starbucks forever after seeing that today.

I go to Starbucks all over Oklahoma, Texas and Washington; this location by far is the worst one. In fact, it is the worst coffee shop throughout all the chains I have tried. The workers are unfriendly and slow. But the kicker is that they did something to the coffee. Since it's black, it's plain as day if anything is added. I had to drive back to the location to talk to the manager because they don't answer their phone. They fumbled excuses that didn't make sense and I became suspicious when they made a point to avoid eye contact. No apologies either, they just shrugged their shoulders. I can't pinpoint what they put in my drinks but I would avoid this place!
