Caramel Ribbon Crunch was to die for, service and atmosphere was definitely lacking, everyone seemed like they were just trying to survive the shift, I would go back again either way, maybe just through the drive through though.

I'm really disappointed. I always go to this Starbucks location. And I got a breakfast wrap. And it was so dry and so crusty that the tortilla isn't even folded over anymore. It's just crumbling and falling to pieces. I pay way too much money at starbucks to be getting food service like that!

Customer service the last 2 weekends haven't been what you'ld expect when spending $8 on a coffee at the drive-thru, and after asking for classic syrup, they act like 1 pump should be plenty.My irritation won't let me not give them a 2 star rating.

We stopped here on our 4 hour drive home. We ordered 2 mochas and 2 iced drinks. Super basic order. There were only 3 or4 other people in the lobby. Order time was 10:33am. Drinks out to us at 10:56am. Apparently they were working with one bar. Which is fine. But they were not making drinks in the order they were received. Literally 20 cars went through the drive though as we waited inside. Not only were we were not apologized to or anything during this time - just told the drive through got priority, the manager came up to the bar and loudly told the poor barista "I don't care about the people in the lobby that are mad." Zero customer service and zero problem solving ability on the side of the manager. (The barista was just doing as she was told. Not her fault.) I finally got in the car and sat in the drive thru line. Sat. At that point they decided to make our drinks, and the other 3 of us were able to leave. Poor POOR customer service and management skills. And they had the nerve to give us a $4 gift card on our over $50 order.
