Nobody is 100% a perfect human! And the customer is not always right even if they have a ton of $$$…learned that from an old boss. I made a mistake today and this store on Waterloo made my mistake 100% perfect! Even before today I have great experiences with the food and peeps at this location!
Went thru drive thru and it was all bad. The reason I rated a 5 star is because when I drove back around it appeared the manager stepped in and treated me right plus fixed my order. If that manager was not there this would be like alot of the other bad reviews for this specific taco bell. Order was incorrect all the way down to the sauce packets I requested.
Probably the best Taco Bell we’ve been to. Went through drive thru, greeted without hostility. The employees were polite. One employee ran out, literally, to give us our sauces and napkins! She was so nice! She needs a raise. Honestly, every employee at this specific Taco Bell needs a raise. This is officially our Taco Bell whenever we’re in Oklahoma now!
