I have been going to this gym for more than a year pretty consistently. This is the best Gym equipment I have found around, one of my favorite things is I can probably count on my hands the number of times I have needed to wait for equipment. The community is great. Well worth the cost and commute for me.

Literally the kindest, most genuine, most supportive & helpful people you’ll ever find at a gym, ever! Very laidback & fun atmosphere to lift. No cardio machines because it’s just for strength training which is what a gym is supposed to be & I love that approach! The recovery area (red light therapy, cold plunges, dry sauna & compression machines) is absolutely top tier & all the nice equipment is literally top notch brand new solid steel state of the art...

Lyft 24 is exactly what we were looking for in a gym. The staff is awesome and they have everything you will ever need for your workouts. If you’re looking for a new place, give this one a try. You will love it!
