Torchy's is street taco specialist that started as a food truck in Austin back in 2006. Nearly 20 years later they have over 110 branches around the country including a few locations in the OKC area. I recently stopped by their Edmond branch at Bryant Square on East 2nd Street. There is a fairly large indoor seating area along with some outdoor tables as well. Opening hours are around 10am to 10pm give or take an hour depending on the day.

First time trying Torchys’s Tacos with my husband and we had excellent service from Caleb taking our order helping us decide what we wanted to try. Also every other employee was fantastic stopping by to make sure everything was good!

The dishes definitely had a strong kick, which some might enjoy, but the dining experience was affected by how loud it was while we were eating. Also noticed there weren’t many employees around, which made service a bit slow.
