“I meet my nephews there at least once a month for breakfast and the food is always hot, fresh and as ordered. Michelle is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend trying a "Bonut". The best breakfast in town.

“There are a few Hideaway Pizza branches around OKC including this place on E 5th Street just across from Stephenson Park in Edmond. They have a fairly large indoor seating area, you can do take-away as well. Opening hours are 11am to 9.30pm daily. Menu is a nice range of pizza choices. You can also build your own custom pizza. They also do some starters, sides and salads commonly served in pizza places. We ordered the large Pepporonipalooza on thin crust. Loaded with pepporonis, savoury sauce and good quality cheese, this was really good pizza and noticeably more than we could finish, resulting in our having to half a handful of slices home to enjoy the following day. This was quite a good pizza experience, one that I'd be happy to return and enjoy again next time in Edmond.“

They have a fair sized indoor seating area and do take-away as well. Menu features a wide range of Japanese speciality dishes including raw dishes, rolls and various platers. Recently had dinner here. The Naughty Girl salmon roll was good. Tuna Tataki and Yellow Tail with hot Korean style sauce (daily special) were both fresh and quite good. Edamame starter was fine as well. Service friendly, prices reasonable. Overall, this was a pretty good meal, recommendable for those who enjoy Japanese cuisine and searching for places to try in Edmond.“

“Our first time to visit & it was really tasty. My Sister/Friend Rhonda treated me to a delicious meal today, a Tuesday around 11:30am. The daily special was a large chili & bean burrito. It was spicy but not too much with the green chile sauce. It was accompanied by a small slice of chocolate chip pudding cream pie that was rich enough to justify a smaller slice than expected. When we saw the pie & the size of the burrito topped with crunchy Fritos; we both wisely cut our burritos in half. Half for a later meal was a good to-go benefit & our quick & helpful waitress expediently accommodated us with containers. I hope to visit again in the near future! I want to wish the Personnel & Customer’s a Happy & safe 249th. Independence Day celebrations!🎆“

“This was a delightful choice. The pulled pork nachos were delicious and the chips held up to the topping and sauce. The burger was well cooked and had excellent spicy toppings. Shrimp and fish were well seasoned and flavorful. The Asian salad needed something crunchy besides the strips, maybe almonds would have topped it off. Chili was meaty and had a solid texture and taste. Enjoyed the meal. Beer was good.“

“OK - so in addition to being allergic to shellfish (found out by accident) I've never liked the smell of it enough to try it until one fateful evening many years ago. Because of that, I tend to choose places that offer mainly seafood as a last resort, although I DO love SOME fish. Today, I wanted either ceviche pescado or fish tacos. My BF suggested I look at Brent's menu. He rarely suggests a specific place, so I reluctantly viewed their menu just because I wanted us to go there since he mentioned it, which means that's really where he wanted to go. 😄 I don't like fried fish tacos, so when I saw that Brent's offered blackened or grilled as an option, I said, "let's go." PEEEEEEEOPLE!!! The tacos came with Cajun potatoes as a side, so I agreed to them because who doesn't love potaotes?! But I'm also a sucker for some red beans and rice and hush puppies, so my order had our 2 person table looking like we were waiting for some more guests to join us. The flavors were PHENOMENAL and our waitress was a lot of fun. When she asked how our food was, I told her it's so good that I'm moving in. So if you aren't a seafood lover and have put off going to Brent's, I urge you to reconsider. The menu has a vast array of non-seafood options. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other Cajun dishes! I literally put my hand to my heart when I tasted the red beans and rice, did a little happy jig in my seat when I ate a hush puppy and had to fight the urge to get up and bust a move after I took just one bite of my fish taco. GOOOOOOOOO TO BRENT'S!!!!!“

“This is an old-fashioned diner on Broadway in the historic downtown of Edmond that has been around since 1951. The walls are covered with an eclectic awry of history, local sports paraphernalia and other interest bits and there are quite a few tables inside. Menu features a all day breakfast and lunch dishes, typical of diners in this part of the country. Recently had breakfast at Around the Corner. Short stack of pancakes with maple syrup and plenty of butter tasted perfect along with a side of bacon. Coffee served on the day was fine as well. Wait service, very friendly. My order came out in a timely manner and prices were reasonable. Overall, this was a good, typical diner experience and a good light breakfast, one I'd be happy to repeat when visiting Edmond again.“
