We were just driving through Edmond and decided to stop for the night. A Pizza hut driver had just made a delivery to our hotel and he gave us information. We ordered a pizza and the food was delivered almost before we were able to check-in and get to our room The food was hot and very good.

Saw the negative reviews, but decided to risk it. Bad decision. Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery. Driver arrived 1 hour later with 3 pizzas. He had to go back and get the other 2. Ugh!! House full of girls waiting for food. Gave me some 2 liters for my trouble, but should have offered a partial refund. I understand mistakes happen, but the merchant was not willing to give. No more pizza from this location for us!

Ordered a Supreme. Just doesn't taste like the Supreme pizzas we used to get. The sauce was barely on the pizza and what was on the crust, tasted like sugar. It just seemed 'off'. Won't be returning when there are so many other pizza places that nearby... that aren't as expensive. Disappointed.

Moving from Texas, we typically order pizza hut for delivery. Did that tonight....thought we were ordering 2 different pizza's, we received 1 pizza, with toppings of the 2 I ordered! (Supreme pizza with japs) (custom pizza with meatballs, chicken, banana peppers & mushrooms). All on 1 pizza...ridiculous. The order total was $31.63...seems right 2 pizzas. Nope just got 1, with tip was 37$ for one pizza from pizza hut. Called store immediately to let them know error....didn't care & basically said not my problem you don't know how to use app. Wow....most expensive pizza Ive ever order for delivery & will be the last.

After reading all the reviews I was afraid to try this Pizza Hut however after trying them I was impressed and surprised. The gentleman who answered the phone even offered me a coupon that I didn't have and was very polite. I'd say give this place another try. They have redecorated the inside and I believe they are working on the employees and your overall experience.

I usually don't complain. But since this has happened several times, I decided to comment. After calling the Pizza Hut on Boulevard in Edmond, OK, I was placed on hold for 10 minutes at which point I gave up and hung up. Called Hideaway Pizza and they answered on the 2nd ring. Placed my order and I'm on my way to pick it up.

We love Pizza Hit pizza, but this location is so unreliable. They run out of wings all the time! Tonight we tried calling repeatedly and no one answered the phone. So unprofessional.

Ordered a pizza online for carryout on the 4th of July. My mistake for ordering from this pizza hut. They estimated a 30 minute prep time and I arrived a few minutes early. The pizza was already cold and the toppings were scarce. Not even worth the trip. What a disappointment. Try Marco's for a better experience.
