I would give them a five star, but whenever I walk in the door, staff are walking around on their phone and they don’t even notice me standing there until I say something to them. The food is always great! Pizza is made to perfection. Communication is not good, called to change my order pick up time and the morning manager didn’t communicate this with the night manager and my food was not prepared on time. Well, they used to be good, but just as it is with every other restaurant out there, their quality has seriously declined. We ordered a pizza with extra sauce, and somehow the restaurant interpreted that to mean light cheese. I can literally see sauce on over half the pizza. Also, we ordered the pizza well done, so naturally the restaurant UNDERcooked our breadsticks. Best delivery drivers in the game. Awesome management as well who truly cares about their customers. Order from this location at least twice per week lol! It always comes out PERFECT!
