I've gotten fries from here about six times in the past two weeks and every single time they are nasty. Guess it's back to brahms.

This order was the worst meal I have ever gotten at Burger King. I took one bite and threw it in the trash. The bun was completely black and the fish was over cooked. It was very bitter. Needless to say it was not good and I was very disappointed.

My food is only good about half the time. It's inconsistent. The drive through menu is not correct. I've pointed this out before but they never changed it.

I guess when they say they open at 6 on the app, that is just a suggested time for them to open. Ordered my food through the app, pulled up in the drive thru with the screens off. Then pulled up to the window and the two workers have passed by the window and even looked at me a few times but chooses to ignore me. This is ridiculous. If it says to be open at 6 then have your store ready or at least talk with your customers. This is horrible service. Been sitting here for 35 minutes

El reno Burger King has cancelled my order multiple times telling my door dasher that the don’t have the ingredients to make a triple wopper with extra cheese no lettuce or tomato is this not a burger place but if I use a friends door dash and order 4 whopper combos no problem and I’m talking about 1 hour of waiting seems like they just don’t like making a triple whoppers

Drive thru was slow, so I went inside. Woman supervisor worked hard and had to direct each teenager what to do on a saturday night. She did a great job.

There must have only been 2 people working. The cashier and a sing cook. I went though the drive through and was asked to wait for a moment, 4 mins later she took my order. I pulled up towards the window and there was one car infront of us. After ordering we had to wait another 15 mins for food. It was hit and fresh but it was too long of a wait.

Only 2 issues. 1 the man at counter wouldn't listen. Had to say my order 4 times. I spoke clearly. Was too busy listening to other things, 2 the sitting area needed a better cleaning.

The worst ever the original chicken sandwich is greasy where it looks like it sat or was refried. the buns are old, nothing fresh about them. the mayo looks like it sat on there for hours. the french fries are not hot or warm, disgusting . The lettuce has a lot of core. What lettuce isn’t core is wilted.These two sandwiches and french fries are going in the trash. Thanks Burger King for taking my money and not able to eat.
