Employees don't listen to customers and take it upon themselves to change the order.
Ordered 2 chicken clubs.
#1-Chicken club combo with fries
#2-Chicken club combo with zucchini instead of fries.
Added a additional zucchini and a shake to the order after ordering the combos. The employee then proceeded to change both combos on her own. Took the fries away and replaced it with a zucchini and took a drink away and changed it to the shake. We didnt ask for that do be done, and she surely didnt ask. So we had to reorder more items and still our order was wrong...
Then we open one of the chicken sandwiches after leaving and the patty is so thin. ¼ the thickness of the other. We always get these and this was absolutely insane. I don't know why this piece of chicken was pushed out to a customer in the first place.
Ended up having to go elsewhere to get more food because we were missing food and then the normal portion was shorted.

I bought a hamburger with guacamole and the burger had maggots.
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Nobody would answer drive thru. So went inside. Took me 10 minutes to find someone to take my order. I was then told to just use kiosk. “We to busy to take an order”
There was not a single customer there!! I was the only customer
Stopped by while driving home from vacation. Very clean establishment, with efficient staff.
Our food took a long time to get ready, but the fries were extra hot! Always a plus.
The Westerner Burger was great!

Listen I get if you're busy having fresh food may be an issue. But at 715am and not having fresh biscuits is sad, I literally purchased a simple sausage egg cheese, and the biscuit was dry and hard and the egg was overcooked. Lame excuse considering most biscuit makers start around 4am. There is a time limit when food has to be tossed, and having poor quality food means poor quality management to me. Hopefully this review will fix the issue of having fresh made food next time.

The food was excellent I was actually surprised. But the inside was not well kept. We cleaned off our own table. I would hope they just had a rush and thats the reason for how dirty it was? But we did get our food quick and it was yummy

This is the second time that the assistant manager Morgan Wood has gone above and beyond to make a customer feel important. We were patiently waiting at the front counter to have our order taken. She was on the way in to start her shift and stopped to take care of us. This is the customer service that we need to return in America. Great job Morgan.

Lady in the drive through was as rude as she could possibly be and I'm very disappointed feeling like I wasn't wanted at those place. The gentleman that brought my food out was exceptional 👌

I love Carls! The food even when bad is usually good. Today, they had no ketchup and the fries were awful. Thankfully my famous star was delicious. Took a long time to make.

Had to wait what seemed like 5 minutes before someone even shows up and then tells me to use the kiosk. I said I won't use those and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. ATTITUDE!!!. My hashrounds were barely warm, been under the heat lamp for who knows how long.

They got my order wrong. I was too tired to walk back in to get it right. I got ripped off significantly. I checked my receipt and it matches what I ordered but that's not what I got. Do I have to unwrap the food before leaving to make sure its right? No peace of mind. I'm very disappointed.
